I have been in various positions in education for 45 years.  I started as a middle level ELA/Social Studies teacher at the old Gouldsboro Grammar School, went to Sumner Memorial High School as an English teacher, Guidance Counselor, and Principal. I then became the Principal at MDIHS. At that point I thought I would retire but couldn't resist taking a job at the new Peninsula School first as a middle level ELA teacher then as Principal. I have been "retired " for 4 years but still love being in schools so I have been doing long term subbing.  I am excited to be here as a part time Assistant Principal working with Mrs. Brenda Jordan.  It is going to be a great year!
